Administrative Assistant – Human Capital Management

Role

We are currently seeking a Human Capital Management Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping achieve staffing objectives by recruiting qualified candidates and managing the full cycle recruiting process, in an administrative capacity. The candidate will also provide support to the HR and Office Management team. The ideal hire will have a HR, Recruiting, or Office Management background, combined with general knowledge and experience in the financial services industry.

Specific Duties

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across the firm and gather feedback from interviewers.
  • Serve as main point of contact for external recruiting candidates.
  • Update internal leadership on recruiting status week to week.
  • Maintain company website job page and update relevant job sites with open positions.
    • Screen resumes and source qualified candidates through internet sites, colleges, and various other sources.
    • Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits information to prospective candidates.
  • Assist with Human Capital responsibilities and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Office Management support (serve as back up to Office Manager)

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Coordinating/scheduling experience
  • 1-2 years of general HR, Recruiting, or Office Management experience
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
